Ordering and gifting

Is every order really hand packed?
Yes. Every single order is packed by me, wrapped in soft tissue and natural shred, and sent with a handwritten note.

Can you include a personal message for the person receiving it?
Absolutely. Add your message in the order notes at checkout and I will write it by hand on a Zeyrem card. No prices are ever included in the box.

Can I send my order straight to the recipient?
Yes, simply enter their address as the delivery address at checkout. Most of my customers do exactly that.

I do not know what to say to someone grieving. Does that matter?
Not at all. A gift that says you are thinking of them often speaks for itself. If you would like help with wording, email me and I will gently help you find the words.

Shipping

How long until my order ships?
Orders are hand packed and posted within 1 to 3 business days from Australia.

Do you ship outside Australia?
Yes, to New Zealand, the United States, Canada and South Africa. International delivery times vary by destination, typically 7 to 21 business days.

Will my loved one be charged customs or duties?
For orders to the United States and Canada, no. I cover any customs duties, import taxes and tariffs, and they are already included in the price you pay. Nothing extra will be asked for at the door. If a carrier ever does ask for something, email me the receipt and I will refund it. For other countries, any charges are set by the destination and are the responsibility of the person receiving the parcel.

What if I need it to arrive by a certain date?
Email me before you order and tell me the date. If I can get it there in time I will say so, and if I cannot I will tell you that honestly.

What is inside the Waves of Thought grief journal?
258 pages, A5 size, with 60 daily reflection pages, a daily wave check in, guided letter to them pages, memory pages and 30 affirmations woven throughout. Forest green linen cover with gold foil page edges.

Are the colouring books suitable for beginners?
Yes. Still Afloat includes a mix of simple and detailed ocean illustrations, so there is always a page to match your energy on the day.

Returns

What if something arrives damaged or is not right?
Email me and I will make it right. If something is faulty or damaged I will cover the return postage and replace it or refund you. You also have 30 days to change your mind. See my refund policy for the full details.

Payments

Do your prices include GST?
I am not currently registered for GST, so no GST is charged and the price you see is the price you pay.
