I read and answer every email myself, so it is me replying rather than a support team. I usually get back to you within 24 hours.

If you need something to arrive by a certain date, please tell me the date in your message. Grief has timing attached to it, funerals and anniversaries and first birthdays without someone. If I can get it to you in time I will say so, and if I cannot I will tell you that honestly rather than take your money and hope.
